River Valley Church SOAP - Part 2Sample
Jesus concluded his Sermon on the Mount by asking the listeners to count the cost and be fully aware of the journey they are wanting to begin living. This challenged much of the current state of culture during that time of Israel’s history. Jesus continued, not only in his teachings, to penetrate the hearts and motives of people. Through the power of the Spirit, he also began demonstrating the goodness and kindness of His Father toward people. This is seen in Jesus commanding demonic possession and sickness and disease to leave the lives of people all in order that the goodness of God could be experienced.
