Cutlivating a Heart of WelcomeSample
Let brotherly love continue. Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
How can we “entertain strangers” during this era of social distancing?
I guarantee there are lonely people in your midst, folks who are more open than ever to personal—even if, virtual—connections. When we ask God to open our eyes to see these individuals and we trust God in the details, we are offering a place of rest to others.
Lord, open my eyes to offer brotherly love to those you’ve sent across my path. Give me courage and humility as we impact each other’s journeys in ways that are powerful and lasting.
