River Valley Church SOAP - Part 7Sample

Much of the psalms are written to express the deep feelings of the human heart in relation to God. We continue to read here about a person who cried out to God but felt that God was not responding. Rather than turning from God, this person continues to call on God while remembering His love in the past. The psalmist continues on with a brief history of Israel, a challenge to not follow in the unfaithful footsteps of the past and a powerful intercession to restore the people to a place of blessing and favor.
