Psalm 24 was believed to have been written by David when the ark of the covenant was brought to the place prepared for it. This Psalm talks about the coming kingdom of Jesus Christ. It talks about the subjects of the kingdom and the character of those who are apart of it. Again when David faces trouble he reminds himself about how God has been faithful in the past. God is our faithful shepherd and He takes care of all of our needs. Everything we see and don’t see belongs to God, who is the King of Glory.
About this Plan
SOAP is the daily devotional plan at River Valley Church. SOAP is a simple process that includes reading a selected passage of Scripture, writing down an Observation or two, committing to an Application, and engaging in Prayer. This is part 7 of a 12 part plan.
