 ~ SHE “CLIMBS” ~

Faith Light bulb:

In this chapter, God talks about how as you climb your mountains and as you journey through life, He will walk with you. Not even your enemies can hinder or destroy what God has set to ordain. He protects and provides a shield for those He loves. He will use your enemies as a footstool to leverage you to your next destination. As you navigate through the valley’s in your life, God promises that you will come out polished and seeded with wisdom. All you have to do is ask and trust God along the way. Wherever you lack, God provides. His love, His grace & His mercy is sufficient enough to get you through. Ignore all temptations for they serve as a distraction to your purpose. I’ve gone through many mountains and trusted many “men”, but God was the only one who was consistent in His promises and He still is. So, don’t believe the hype, believe the Word, sis. There is nothing but truth in His promises and when it comes time to climb those mountains, man may disappear, but God will always be present!

Act on It:

How many hills are you climbing alone? When are you going to let God steer you through them? When you are going through difficulty, are you the one who reaches out to the friend who doesn’t answer the phone? There is nothing wrong with getting help from a friend, but make sure that you pray to God to have the discernment to filter through what benefits you versus what can cause you further troubles. It’s time to RISE, sis. You grow through what you go through in this life! You may not understand it now, but one day you will, trust me. I want you to make a promise, today, to change your perspective. Instead of asking God “why”, ask God “how”. You will make it through this season. Through patience, obedience, and faith, your victory is near! 

Pray About It:

Oh, gracious Father, 

Thank you for all that you are doing in our lives. As we walk into each season of our life, let us trust that no matter how difficult the mountain may seem to climb, nothing is too hard for you, God. You promise us a rewarding and bright future, but we must also be aware that our paths may present a challenge. Father, clothe us with the full armor of God & equip us with the tools needed for each task. As we encounter our enemies along the journey, let us still pray for their hearts and spirits to be cleansed of all evil and renewed by the Holy Spirit. We trust you, Lord, for positive outcomes and know that whatever weapon the devil tries to use to deter us from the path, will not prosper. Keep our eyes steady on you God. Keep our focus forward. When our spirits become weak Lord, help us to rest but not quit. And lastly, Lord, let us focus solely on today and not tomorrow, for tomorrow holds troubles of its own. 

Father, we love you and we thank you for the mountains of our past, present, and our future, in your son Jesus name… Amen!
