21 Days to Connect: Anchoring Your College Life Week 3Sample

College is a great time to reinvent yourself. You may be the only one from your hometown on campus. So no one really knows who you are, therefore you can be whoever you want right? Not really! The Lord knows you if you are His child. We don’t know all that we will be as we grow up in Him but one thing is for sure, we will be like He is! So therefore we should seek to remain pure in all that we do. That’s an uphill battle because our old nature still wants a place in our lives. But with the help of the Holy Spirit and the daily commitment to live in Him, we can make progress in living a Godly life. Keep yourself pure by avoiding sin or by confessing it!
“Father when I fail to live up to your standards, help me come to you to be forgiven, just as a child. Help me to continue to grow up into the likeness of your Son, Jesus, my Savior. May your Spirit lead me to be pure today so that I can be more like you!”

About this Plan

The college years can be an awesome time in a person's life. They can also be a time when believers drift from their faith. The difference is often whether one gets connected to other believers, a campus ministry, and a local church. This plan will help you explore what God's Word says about getting connected on your campus.
