Lord, help me to develop spiritual practices that will enable me to grow in wisdom and understanding.
Our world has more possibilities and less predictability than ever before. Key to finding our new orientation, is learning from each day. The Prayer of Examen is a key spiritual practice for this. Through it we reflect on the day, with the Holy Spirit, using a series of questions, noticing what drew us closer to God and what led us away.
