Navigating TransitionSample

Re-orientation: The goal
Lord, forgive me when my mind is focussed solely on earthly things, forgetting that my citizenship is in heaven.
Paul, in his letter to the Philippians, recognises that true maturity means knowing that you haven’t arrived – that you must still keep pressing on towards the goal. That goal is resurrection life, and Paul encourages his readers to live today in the light of that future – pressing on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus has taken hold of us.
