Are numbers important to God? He is Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent and He calls each star by name. He knows the numbers of hair on each person. A little overwhelming to think about but that's our heavenly Father! To begin the journey for the children of Israel into the Promised Land a census is taken. Every man's name was to be recorded. After this we find that certain men were assigned a task or duty to perform for God's divine purpose. Today, dear reader, consider how you count in God's kingdom and His purpose.
Prayer: I am amazed and in awe of you Lord. I am overwhelmed by your greatness. I would like to be counted in your service to do Your Will obediently and faithfully. I offer myself completely to You in order that you will receive the glory. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
