Live Well In Covid Times

DAY 19 OF 30

Matthew 26:28 NKJV

For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

We know that a covenant is a very strong commitment between two individuals. And because people are imperfect and sinful, the covenants they make can be broken.

But the new covenant, which was sealed by the blood of Jesus cannot be broken. Why? Because this covenant, although it is between God and man, has Jesus as the Mediator (Hebrews 12:24).

1 Timothy 2:5 NLT

For there is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity - the man Christ Jesus.

Jesus is our representative in this covenant. We are weak, but He is strong. We are unfaithful but He remains faithful. I have no standing before a Holy God, but Jesus does!

And in Him, I am complete. In Him, I am completely acceptable to God. In Him. I am everything that God wants me to be. I celebrate the blood today. I celebrate the new covenant today. I celebrate the fact that I am in Christ. And I will always stay there!

Meditate:

* John 15:5 NLT

Yes I am the vine, you are the branches. Those who remain in Me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from Me, you can do nothing.

Pray:

* Thank the Lord for His blood and the new covenant that you are in through Jesus Christ.

* Pray for grace to walk with the Lord and obey Him completely.

* Pray that you will produce much fruit and be a blessing and God would be glorified through your life.
