The Greatest Gift is Holy and Holy is His Name

As Mary lifted her voice in Luke 1:46-55, she declared something powerful: “Holy is His name.” In the middle of receiving the greatest gift—Jesus—her heart overflowed with worship. She recognized the holiness of the One who had chosen her and celebrated Him with awe. When we truly understand who God is, worship becomes our natural response. “There is no one holy like the Lord; there is no one besides You,” declares 1 Samuel 2:2. Our God is set apart, perfect, pure, and worthy of all honor.

Isaiah 6:3 paints a breathtaking picture of the heavenly realm, where the seraphim cry out, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of His glory.” Worship is not just a Sunday experience—it’s a way of living. Revelation 15:4 reminds us that all nations will come and worship before God because His righteous acts have been revealed. He is the only One worthy of our full devotion. Worship is more than a song—it’s how we live, love, serve, and surrender daily.
