Prayer & Fasting: The Sauce Sample

Today’s Topic of Prayer and Fasting:  Faithfulness

Take a moment to wash off your day. Grab a pen and paper in expectation of having a heart to heart conversation with your Heavenly Father.  Rid your mind of distractions, overwhelming feelings and thoughts, and the busyness that comes with our daily lives and intentionally choose to lean into God’s presence. 

• What is God speaking to you today about His faithfulness? 
• How will your growth in understanding God’s faithfulness affect those around you? 
• What commitment will you make today to become more aware of God’s faithfulness? 
• What areas in your life are you needing to practice faithfulness to God?  

Prayer:

Lord, help me to faithfully serve you and care for other people. Do not let me practice eye-service, but let me be truthful in my pursuits. Use me as one of your representatives on earth, and I thank you that every day I am becoming someone that people can count on and you can count on.

Amen.
