Leadership Lessons From a Roman CenturionSample
Leadership Lessons from a Roman Centurion―Part IV
In Luke 7, we read of a Roman Centurion asking Jesus to miraculously heal his servant. The final attribute I want to highlight in this series is this Centurion’s courageous faith.
This Roman soldier had heard about Jesus and his miracles. Even though the Centurion was a Gentile, not a Jew, he believed that Jesus could heal his servant. Remarkably, he also believed that Jesus could command healing without even being present!
In Luke 7:9 we read, "Now when Jesus heard this, He marveled at him, and turned and said to the crowd that was following Him, 'I say to you, not even in Israel have I found such great faith.'"
Pray today that your faith in Jesus remains strong enough to overcome all sorts of obstacles and business problems.

About this Plan
As we grow in leadership, we want to do so in a way that pleases God. In this plan, we will examine an unlikely role model, a Roman Centurion, who embodied four leadership qualities that were valued by Jesus. These four qualities are applicable today, just as there were in Jesus' time.
