A River Runs Through It Sample

Throughout scripture there is reference to a river flowing from a garden, from the throne room, and from the temple, as well as its fruit. But when Jesus speaks about it, He says those things will be flowing from the heart of believers and accomplished through our lives. Whatever workplace, community, or zoom meeting we are on, there is a living river flowing through us. We can be tributaries of that great river and His great life through us. Consider the fruit of the river – the flourishing that is the fruit of His life-giving, refreshing flow. As the river flows through us, the fruit will be food and their leaves for healing. This is nourishing and restorative in Christ’s nature.
