Come and See: An Invitation to Meet JesusSample
Where do we go from here?
You've heard and read stories about Jesus and what God has done for you. You've chosen to "come and see" who he is, how deeply he loves you, and how much he desires to have a relationship with you. He created us for relationships with one another and with him!
If you made the life-changing decision to begin a relationship with Jesus, get ready! As you meet with your mentors, learn how to talk to Jesus (pray), learn more about God's story (read the Bible), and keep it real with your friends (be in a community), you will know more about God's great love for you.
You might also notice something else begin to happen as God replaces the emptiness inside of you with hope, discouragement with courage, and a lack of wisdom with a motivation to know Him. A relationship with Jesus is transforming because you become a new creation. Life starts to look brighter. You parent differently and feel more liberated all because of Jesus.
But just like with anything new, there's a learning curve to this new life. Everything isn't going to change overnight. Each day as you learn more about being a new creation, you'll begin to see those changes. Remember that you're not on this journey alone. God is right there with you, and so are your friends and mentors.

About this Plan
The best way to meet Jesus is to "come and see" how he interacted with others, how he taught, and how he lived. This week, we invite you to come and see Jesus for yourself.
