Fear/less (Pt. 3): It’s Time to Get Desperate for GodSample

Desperation opens the door to be a part of what God is doing. 

God is calling us and inviting us to step into what He is doing! What would it have been like to stand beside Peter in this moment? Peter would have been in the same room when Jesus declared for Tabitha to “get up” from her death bed and again Peter finds himself kneeling desperately by another woman named Tabitha who had passed. He had seen Jesus do wonders before and He declared the same life-giving words of Jesus in that moment. He wants to invite us into what he’s doing. As we see what Jesus is doing all around us and participate by faith, we can join Him in doing what He saw the Father do. We get to be a part of what God is doing, joining Him in this on-going, eternal work of the Gospel.
