Gifted to ServeSample

Paul concludes his letter with a final word to the people of Corinth about an opportunity to serve and some personal requests for the ministry. The early church was becoming a strong and growing movement, and many people were being welcomed into the church body. Some of these men came because of a genuine calling, and others came for less noble reasons. Paul closes his letter by recommending the church embrace certain leaders and their teaching.
“Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith” (Hebrews 13:7).
