If we're honest, good news sounds a little too good to be true! It's like when someone tells you what you've been waiting so long to hear, and your first response is, "No way, really?" Natural disbelief sets in when hearing it for the first time.
Mary Magdalene is remembered as the first person who shared the good news of Jesus' resurrection with the world. She might have felt natural disbelief when she heard the news that Jesus was alive again after grieving his death. When we look at Mary's life, we see someone who changed her community by sharing about who Jesus is — going from natural disbelief to sharing the unbelievable news with those around her.
Think for a moment about your school and the wider community. How can you share the hope Jesus brings with someone today in a tangible way?

About this Plan
We all want to make a difference! We dream of making an impact and making the world a better place. The people who’ve made the biggest differences did it with other people. Jesus gave his followers a mission that would change the world — not as individuals, but as a group on a mission together. In this 20-day devotional series from Grow Curriculum, we’ll explore this mission.
