According to Jesus, the way we get the life He created us for is by getting to know Him. Now, eternal life is more than just getting into Heaven. When Jesus talked about it, He was referring to a life that is thriving today and forever. Sometimes though, if we’re being honest, following Jesus doesn’t seem like the best (or most fun) way to live. BUT, He promises that getting to know Him leads us to a better life.
This week, prioritize your time getting to know Jesus. This can be through prayer, reading your Bible, worship music, or even just turning down the noise and sitting in a few minutes of silence.
