Finding Forgiveness

It’s never too late to request something from God— in fact, Jesus died so that we could be forgiven and nothing could stand between God and us. In these verses, Jesus was on the cross. Next to Him, a criminal was also being punished. He asked Jesus for forgiveness. The criminal had spent his entire life sinning and was within hours of dying, but it wasn’t too late for him to ask Jesus for forgiveness. There is always time for you to ask for His forgiveness too.

Is there anything you can’t seem to forgive yourself for? Have you talked to God about it?

Do you sometimes feel it’s too late to ask God to forgive something you did, and so you just don’t ask? Why do you think you feel this way? Can you ask for His forgiveness right now?
