The Ageless One in Time's EmbraceSample

The Son of God is the Lord of creation
“For by Him [the Son of God] all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through Him and for Him.” (Colossians 1:16)
God the Son existed from eternity, from before the foundation of the world. He was there when God created the earth and everything in it. In fact, He was actively involved in the process! “God did not make anything without him,” John 1:3 tells us (Easy English Bible). Colossians 1:16 says the same, using an exhaustive list of all things that were created through and for the Son of God.
One more Bible verse I want to mention here is Genesis 1:26. There we read how God said: “Let us make man in our image.” The “us” is a clear hint that creation was a joint effort of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. All three are God. All three are Creator. All three deserve our worship.
One day, at the end of time, the Lordship of God the Son over creation will become clear to everyone, when every knee will bow before Him, and He will rule in righteousness forever and ever. When He walked on earth, it was His Lordship over the wind and the sea that opened the eyes of His disciples to His deity. No human could ever do this, only the Master of creation!
Do you worship the Son of God as your Creator?
About this Plan

The Christmas story is not just about a baby in a manger and some shepherds visiting Him. This story actually starts before the creation of the world, with the Word of God being with God and being God Himself. It is about God the Son becoming man while remaining God. This plan helps you understand the real, deep meaning of Christmas.
