Hallelujah! Today marks seven days of focus, determination, faith, and persistence. Most people say you should reward yourself. Not us; we are different. We are going to push harder and become even more disciplined and more determined. We are going to crush our goals and what’s coming next for the rest of the journey. Let’s shorten our time watching TV or reduce something out of our diet. We can do whatever we put our minds to. Maybe save a little extra out of our next paycheck. Whatever you decide to make a commitment to…crush that goal. This is your new lifestyle, your new life!

Take some time to think about the last seven days. Only you know what you could have done better. Write it below, and we will revisit this page in the future. Be strict on yourself. Take no breaks on improving yourself.

Lastly, after you have written those old things down, repeat this prayer:

“Heavenly Father, I come in the name of Jesus, asking you to help me, strengthen me, draw me closer to my destiny. Draw me closer to be the woman/man you created me to be. Holy Spirit, fill me, inspire my living, my eating habits, my daily walk. Less of me and more of you, the old me is dead, and the new me is here. I thank you for the blood and the opportunity to better myself, and I will give you the glory in the end. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen!”

Now write the vision and make it plain in the name of Jesus. Make it happen!
