"The Path You Choose" 

Life is filled with choices, and the choices you make determine the path you will take. People like to say that God is in control, and while God is in control of the cosmos, He has given you control of your life and given you the ability to choose the life you live. As you are going about your day today, be aware of the choices you make. How are you spending your time? What is consuming your thoughts? These choices may seem small in the moment, but they are directing your life. 

If you don’t like the path you are on, redirect! God Word is our GPS and when we get off course, we can connect to God’s Word and find the path that we want to be on. Just like when you are trying to find a new location, you trust the GPS for direction, so it is with God. We are going somewhere we have never been and must use God’s guidance to navigate. We cannot look at the world to get us where we want to go; they don’t know how to get there! God’s Word is our ultimate guide and will take us safely to our destination.

Renewal Thought: God’s Word aligns us to perfection. It cannot derail us and cannot misguide us. Revisit the goals of renewal you set at the beginning of the month. How can you make sure you are on track and following the guide of His Word? 

Prayer: Thank you, Father, for the grace of change in me. I pray by the power of the Holy Spirit I can make my way prosperous and I will find good success. I believe Your Word is working in me. Your Word is true in every part of my life. I keep Your Word in my heart, mind, and mouth. I observe to do all that You have written.
