Loved

Allison walked with her aunt down the long hallway. She was so excited to meet her new brother that they were adopting. Her parents were already at the building where they would pick him up. He was four years old, and she was happy to have someone to play with and to share her toys with. She knew she loved him already the minute she walked into that room. As they shyly said hi to each other, she felt overjoyed that she would now have a brother forever.

When you feel loved, it is only a pinprick of how much love God has for you. He has an overflowing, expansive, never-ending love for you. He knows all about you and loves you in spite of your mistakes and shortcomings.
