"For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline." 2 Timothy 1:7 NIV
God knows that there are lots of problems in the world that can make us feel small. But He has given us His Spirit to help us deal with these challenges. We can do hard and difficult things because we receive power from the Holy Spirit. You have nothing to fear because God is always with you. He is ready to help you with any problem that comes your way.
Say this out loud:
I am not afraid. God has given me His Spirit of power, love, and self-discipline. God calls me brave!
