Did you know that elephants can run up to 40km per hour? That is pretty fast considering their size. A baby elephant can weigh 210 lbs (or 95kg). Grown African elephants can weigh up to 6,350kg. They can carry up to 9,000kg! That is the weight of 130 adults! Elephants are strong!
God says YOU are strong too:
"The Lord gives his people strength. The Lord blesses them with peace." Psalm 29:11 NLT
You don't have to be big to be strong. You just have to open your heart and ask God to give you His strength. He surely will. It's not about how many heavy things you can lift with your strong muscles. God's strength makes us able to do difficult things, like saying sorry when we have made a mistake, or forgiving someone who was mean to us. That is a strength that will help us live in peace.
Say this out loud:
God makes me strong! He gives me His peace.
