Breath Prayers: Breathing & Praying Through ScriptureSample
Welcome to Day 3 of our breath prayer journey!
Today, we will explore the topic of unwavering trust in the Lord and finding our eternal place of safety in His Presence. As we continue this transformative practice, let us anchor our hearts in God's faithfulness and find comfort in His everlasting security.
As you enter into your prayer time, take a few intentional breaths, allowing God's peace to envelop you. With each inhale, breathe in the assurance of the Lord's protection, and with each exhale, release any doubts or fears.
As you meditate on today's Scripture, relax and simply repeat the following breath prayer meditation exercise.
Inhale/breathe in: I will trust the Lord always,
Exhale/breathe out: because in the Lord Yah I have a place of safety forever.
Let these words become a powerful affirmation of your unwavering trust in God. Embrace the safety and refuge that He provides, knowing that you can find peace and security in His loving arms.
Throughout the day, return to this breath prayer whenever you feel the need to reaffirm your trust in the Lord's faithfulness. Allow this prayer to be a constant reminder of God's Presence as your eternal place of safety.
Take some time today to journal your experience and the ways in which you felt secure in God's Presence. Tomorrow, we will explore another verse, continuing our journey. May your trust in the Lord deepen, and may you find lasting safety in His loving care.
The Scripture in today's breath prayer is Isaiah 26:4 ERV.
So trust the Lord always, because in the Lord Yah you have a place of safety forever. (Isaiah 26:4 ERV)
