Promise 8: You are given access into God’s presence.
When you truly accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, you are immediately given access into the presence of God Himself. It is Christ alone who gives you this access. Christ actually brings you to God—introduces and presents you to His Father. And He negotiates peace between you and God.
Through His blood on the cross, Christ justifies you. He makes it possible for God to count you righteous and acceptable to Him. As a result, you can approach and talk to God at any time in any place (Heb.4:16). And whatever you ask of the Father in Jesus’ Name, He will give it to you (John 16:24).
God will answer your prayer either by granting or not granting your request. Sometimes God simply says, “No,” and expects you to trust Him. God will always do what is most beneficial for you and others.
