Sometimes we settle for relationships that aren’t best for us because we have a hard time trusting that what God says is truly best. The truth is, we know that God loves us because Jesus came to live, die, and come back to life to show us how much God loves us. God won’t hold out on what’s best for us. While we don’t always understand how God is working, we can be confident that God is trustworthy, loving, and has our best interests in mind. So, when you’re tempted to settle, remember that you can trust God.
Today, ask God to remind you of a time when God came through when you almost gave up.
