How to Break Porn AddictionSample

Day 3 | Bringing it to Light
David's struggle with sin, as we read about in Psalm 51:1-3, reveals the universal human experience of mistakes and regrets. David acknowledges where he messed up and begs God for mercy. In order to truly move on from a habit as gripping as pornography, you have to want to change–and the first step is confessing to God.
Take some time to reflect on your own shortcomings and the need to stop covering up sins, realizing that God sees them anyway. Your sins bring sadness and grief to God, but there is hope! Through Jesus, you can find forgiveness and healing. Step into the light, own up to your mistakes, and experience the new life Jesus offers you!
