How to Break Porn AddictionSample

Day 5 | Bold Actions
Jesus didn’t mince words when it came to sin, and Matthew 5:29-30 is one of many examples. Imagine the seriousness of gouging out an eye or cutting off a hand to safeguard your spiritual well-being!
While Jesus’ command in this passage was figurative, bold actions may be necessary in order to fully distance yourself from pornography addiction. After all, if quitting pornography were easy, everyone would do it.
So, be willing to make significant changes in your life. Go to bed earlier, get rid of the computer or cell phone if needed, and make the necessary calls. Remember, big actions lead to big freedom. As daunting as this may feel, God provides the strength we need for tough decisions.
