Feeding the HungrySample

The people came pouring in from all the surrounding villages to see Jesus. They were lost and confused, like sheep without a shepherd and Jesus had compassion on them. Jesus wanted to provide food for all of them as they were hungry and far from home. When Philip the disciple thought and did the calculation, the requirements seemed impossible to meet. But Jesus had it all figured out, for nothing is impossible with God.

Once we experience the love of God, we want to reach out to others who are hurting and suffering. But sometimes we can become so overwhelmed by the magnitude of need around us. While it is good to plan and prepare, do not neglect the most important step of depending on God's strength. So don’t just rely on your own understanding, seek God in all that you do, and He will help you make a difference in the lives of others, far beyond what you could plan or imagine.
