OBEDIENCE IS THE PATH TO THE BLESSING

It should be the job of every Father, Mother, Pastor, Leader, and person entrusted with leading people to a relationship with God to model a life of Godliness. When a situation comes across our path, our job is always to labor to present others to God, to lift them in prayer, and to meet their needs by being the hands and feet of Jesus. The cunning ways of the serpent (satan) were simply this: his goal in the Garden was to make Eve doubt the sovereignty of God, the faithfulness of God, and the love of God for His children. The enemy planned to make Father God look like someone who was taking away the choice from Eve. Nothing can be further from the truth; God was trying to protect Eve just like any father would protect his children. In the account of Genesis, the path to the blessing was for Eve not to take the forbidden fruit. The goal was for her to walk in obedience, for the result of obedience will always be a blessing.

The enemy doesn't want you to live in the blessing, he desires for the children of God to live in a curse, away from a relationship with Jesus. The spiritual law is that we would walk in the Spirit, and we will reap the benefits of the Spirit! At this very hour, God is looking for vessels to establish God's kingdom on this Earth! What is the Spirit realm? It is living your life according to God's purpose. Living your life after the Spirit and not after the flesh is the primary source of living in the blessing. The Spirit of God is the access point in the spirit realm in which you will access God's purpose, authority, provision, blessing, and help in times of need. Living after the flesh is the access point to open the door for evil influences, curses, bondage, addictions, sins, and everything evil that exists in this fallen world.

The Spirit of God will always lead you to operate in obedience, no matter how hard it may look or how much we might think we are missing out. With God, you are never on the losing end. His blessings go before His children so they can proclaim the kingdom of God wherever He sends us. Living in the Spirit leads you to obey God's instructions, leading you to the promises God has spoken about in your life.
