Paul’s words in this passage challenge us to examine the foundation of our faith. Are we relying on eloquent arguments and human wisdom, or are we rooted in the Power of God? For years, I found myself in the former category. Though I had been a believer for 18 years and spoken in church for three years, I had never witnessed or delivered a message accompanied by the demonstration of God’s Power. This realization unsettled me deeply.

The truth is, faith built solely on words—no matter how persuasive—can feel fragile in the face of life’s challenges. But when faith is supported through action and demonstration, it becomes unshakable. This Power is not reserved for a select few; it is available to every believer.

When I allowed myself to be curious and began seeking God about His Power, my perspective shifted. I realized that this Power wasn’t something to be observed from a distance but something to be experienced personally and shared with others. The Gospel is not just a message to be heard; it’s a reality to be demonstrated.

God longs to confirm His Word with Power in and through our lives. When we step into this reality, we become vessels for His Spirit, showing the world that the Gospel is not just Wisdom—it’s Transformative Power.
