Walk With Jesus: 21 Days Through MatthewSample

Jesus gave a very famous sermon called the Sermon on the Mount. In it, he covered many important topics, but perhaps the most famous section is called the Beatitudes. Jesus was doing something very important when he gave this sermon - he was telling people what it meant to be a part of the Kingdom of God! We know that in the Kingdom of God, we are supposed to put others first. We know that all our hunger and thirst will be gone. We can help spread the Kingdom of God by following the Beatitudes - we should be merciful, pure in heart, and peacemakers. And when we face times of trouble, we know that God will take care of us in the end. This is the promise of the Beatitudes - and the whole Gospel! Let's pray and ask God to help us live like Jesus told us to in the Sermon on the Mount.
