God as Your Planmaker - Jeremiah 29:11Sample

We’re finishing our study of Jeremiah 29:11 today. Let’s read the words together one last time:
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11
I want to end this reading plan with a prayer of hope based on several scriptures.
Let’s pray it together:
“Lord, thank You that in You, I have hope for my future.
I come to You because I trust Your intentions for me. (Jeremiah 29:11)
You are not a man that You should lie; (Numbers 23:19)
You are not a man who would play with my expectations
and then eventually let me down. (Hebrews 13:5)
I hope in You because You are a faithful God.
What You have spoken with Your mouth, You fulfil with Your hand. (2 Chronicles 6:15)
You know my heart, and I know that because I desire to follow You,
You know how to lead me to a safe haven. (Psalm 23)
No matter what happens, I’ll keep moving forward!
Your compassions fail not...You are hope that is without end! (Lamentations 3:21-27)
I declare today: You are my hope.
In Jesus’s name, amen.”
Hey! You are a Chamatkar.

About this Plan

God as your planmaker, that sounds great, but how does that work? And what if those plans seem to fail? Discover the beauty of living a life surrendered to God's plans as we study one of the most well-known verses in the Bible: "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11).
