Servant of All!Sample

Next Day!
I think of how it took me eighteen years to find Jesus. He served me with His body on a cross, before I even existed, knowing it would take me eighteen years to actually understand the price God paid for my life with His body. What a love. “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8). He knew that Judas would betray Him, and yet He still humbled Himself and washed the feet of His soon to be betrayer. He washed the feet of Simon Peter, who would soon deny—three times—that he even knew Christ.
Jesus Christ came to earth, God in flesh, and He paved the way by action and example as to how Christians should behave: servanthood for the sake of the Gospel. It’s not a reluctant servanthood that comes from a heart of religious obligation, but a voluntary, selfless servanthood that comes from a genuine relationship with God. From this place of relationship, you realize God’s heart for you and for lost humanity, and you begin to understand the need to serve because to serve, is to be like Jesus. To serve is to accurately represent Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world that's in desperate need of revival.
About this Plan

If we were created in the image of the ultimate servant, then why do we find it so hard to serve? It’s because our fleshly, sinful nature is selfish. It’s easy to constantly think about ourselves, what we want, and how we are going to attain pleasure. Even as a Christian, it’s a struggle to not be subconsciously self-focused at all times. Click "Start Plan" now and learn how to be like the Suffering Servant, the Lord and Savior — Jesus Christ!
