Day 1 — The Source of Honey

“Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.” — Luke 6:45

Honey flows only from where sweetness lives. When your heart is full of God’s love, your words will taste of heaven. You do not need to force gentleness; it rises naturally when your heart abides in His peace.

Prayer:

Lord, fill my heart with Your sweetness so that my words may carry Your healing. Let my mouth overflow with kindness, truth, and grace.

Practice:

Before speaking to anyone today, breathe in and silently say, “Honey of Heaven, speak through me.”
