Day 4 — The Honey of Silence

“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

Honey flows quietly; it doesn’t rush. Some of the sweetest communication happens in silence — a kind glance, a patient pause, a prayer instead of a reaction.

Prayer:

Jesus, teach me the honey of holy silence. When I am tempted to speak sharply, sweeten my spirit instead.

Practice:

Before replying to anything difficult, take one slow breath and ask, “Is this honey or vinegar?”
