Chosen and Set Apart: Walking in Your God-Given IdentitySample

Reading: Hebrews 4:12–13
Devotional:
We all know the importance of staying in God’s Word daily. Today's reading reminds us that Scripture is living and active, able to penetrate our deepest thoughts and attitudes.
How often do you allow God’s Word to examine your heart? Take time to meditate on a verse that challenges you. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal areas where you need growth or healing.
Commit to making Bible reading a non-negotiable part of your daily routine, recognizing it as your spiritual sword against the enemy’s lies.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for Your living Word. Let it come alive in my heart today. Use it to correct me, strengthen me, and guide me in truth. Help me not only to read it but to live it. Give me discipline to open Your Word daily and courage to obey what You reveal. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Application:
Set aside time today to read and reflect on one passage without distraction. Write down one truth that convicts or encourages you, and act on it before the day ends.
