Amidst Life Issues

There's a hymn I've been playing since yesterday, a hymn composed by one of the early church fathers...

"A mighty Fortress is our God

A Bulwark never failing

Our Helper He amid the flood

Of mortal ills prevailing"

This song reminds me of Psalms 46:1-2... please do well to read it.

You see, 'new week, new hustle.' This is a common phrase you would have heard a lot in your adult phase. So many things to handle, so many things life throws at us.

What is our hope? God is our refuge and strength. God is a very present help in trouble. What will this consciousness produce? It will produce a 'therefore, we will not fear' mentality!

So, new week, same God’s faithfulness.

This is the mindset we use to approach every new week, every new day, because each day is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it (not speak ill words to it). We are glad, because our God is with us to see us through life's issues.

I speak blessings over you: Today works in your favour. This day yields her best for you. All you do today and this week is blessed. You go out safely and come back safely. Blessings!!! 🙌🏽
