Exams Never End!Sample

THE TEST OF ENDURANCE
Matthew 24:4-14 describes the various challenges that believers will encounter, particularly as Christ's return approaches. Verse 13 contains the statement that we will study today: "But the one who endures to the end will be saved." (NLT). True believers are able to pass the test of endurance with God's help.
A positive example: Enoch
Enoch set an example of steadfastness in walking with God (Genesis 5:21-24). His name means "consecrated". His life demonstrated enduring faith (Hebrews 11:5,6).
A positive example: Abraham
In Genesis 12:1-4, God promised Abraham that he would have both a land and an offspring. To receive the fulfillment of the promise, Abraham had to leave the certainties of life in the city and become a nomad at the age of 75. As years went by, he was still without a son, but he kept trusting in God when He reaffirmed His promise (Genesis 15:1-6). Despite the episode of Ishmael’s birth, Abraham at the age of 99 still believed in the promise of a son from Sarah (Genesis 17:1,2).
His faith was strengthened while he waited (Romans 4:18-22). Abraham waited patiently for God's promise to be fulfilled (Hebrews 6:13-15) and remained in the land God had shown to him, even though he had the opportunity to return (Hebrews 11:8-15).
A negative example: Solomon
Solomon's reign began well, and he demonstrated devotion to God, wisdom, and humility (1 Kings 3:4-15). He completed the construction of the Temple, and the Lord appeared to him a second time (1 Kings 9:1-9). However, Solomon made a mistake that he soon acknowledged: he married Pharaoh's daughter. Instead of learning from this mistake, Solomon repeated it, marrying many foreign women who led him astray in his old age. Because of this, the kingdom was divided after his death (1 Kings 11:1-13).
Starting and finishing
The Christian life will not last long without roots (Matthew 13:20,21). Perseverance is necessary to bear fruit (Luke 8:15). God intends to finish what He starts (Philippians 1:6), so He provides everything we need to endure (2 Peter 1:3-11). On our part, we must make the commitment to collaborate with God. There is no room for being lazy. We must carry on as we started (Colossians 2:6,7). The test of endurance must be faced one day at a time with constancy (Hebrews 10:36).
About this Plan

The title of 'Exams Never End', a play by Italian playwright Eduardo De Filippo, has become a motto that applies to life, not just school. By examining Biblical examples and comparing them to quality certification, we will see how faith is tested and strengthened through various challenges, including the trial by fire, the test of waiting, and the test of endurance. Finally, we will see the importance of daily self-examination in maintaining God-approved behavior and growing spiritually.
