He is Sovereign.
Life often brings moments of uncertainty, pain, and unanswered questions, yet Scripture reminds us that God remains sovereign over it all. While we live in a world marked by brokenness, hardship, and suffering, this was never God’s original design. In His love and mercy, God sent His Son so that we could be restored, redeemed, and given the hope of eternity. Even when we don’t understand why certain things happen, we can trust that God is not absent from our pain. He uses what the enemy intended for harm to shape us for good, and in Him we find peace that surpasses understanding. Our greatest assurance is this: Christ has already overcome the world.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for being sovereign over every season of my life. Help me trust You even when I don’t understand what I’m walking through. Fill my heart with Your peace and remind me that You are always working for my good. Amen.
