DAY 4 — Teachability

Key Verse:

“Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser.” — Proverbs 9:9

Teachability is the gateway to growth. A teachable heart recognizes that growth begins at zero — acknowledging that you don’t know everything and that learning is lifelong. Pride resists instruction, but humility welcomes it.

God often shapes us through people, feedback, and experiences we didn’t expect. When we resist correction, we limit growth. When we embrace learning, we accelerate development. Teachability is not weakness; it is wisdom.

Being teachable means asking questions, receiving feedback, and applying what you learn. It means being open to change and willing to be stretched. God can do far more with a willing heart than with raw talent alone.

A teachable spirit attracts mentorship, opens doors, and prepares you for leadership. Growth is not accidental — it is intentional.

Prayer:

Lord, give me a humble and teachable heart. Help me to learn from correction, grow through challenges, and remain open to Your shaping. Teach me Your ways so I can walk wisely. Amen.
