Day 3 — No Excuses: The End of Self-Sabotage

Exodus 6:30 (NKJV)

“But Moses said before the LORD, ‘Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh heed me?’”

AMP: “Look, I am unskilled and inept in speech; how then will Pharaoh listen to me?”

Introduction

Every destiny rises or falls on the altar of excuses.

Excuses are the silent assassins of greatness: they kill potential before it ever has a chance to be born.

Moses almost aborted his assignment because he was obsessed with his flaws.

He was so focused on his weakness that he couldn’t hear the greatness God was calling out of him.

This is why 2026 demands a prophetic shift:

No more excuses. No more delays. No more shrinking. No more “I’m not ready.”

Excuses are comfortable lies we tell ourselves to justify spiritual stagnation.

But EL-Advantage is incompatible with excuses.

Deep THOUGHT — Excuses Are Anti-Destiny

Moses said three things that almost disqualified him:

1. “I am of uncircumcised lips.” (Identity Excuse)

He was saying, “I don’t speak well.”

But God was not asking for eloquence; He was asking for obedience.

Every excuse is built on the lie that God miscalculated when He chose you.

2. “How will Pharaoh listen to me?” (Fear Excuse)

Excuses usually hide a fear: fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of being seen, fear of responsibility, etc.

But God never told Moses to worry about Pharaoh’s response, only his own obedience.

3. “Behold…” (Awareness Excuse)

Moses was more aware of his weakness than God’s power.

Excuses magnify your limitation; faith magnifies His ability.

God’s answer was simple:

“I AM the LORD. Go.”

Excuses are self-sabotage in slow motion.

They are the language of misalignment.

When you continuously explain why you can’t, you unconsciously reinforce the belief that you won’t.

Your life expands or contracts at the speed of your obedience.

2026 is a year of action — rapid, decisive, God-powered action.

• I rise above fear, doubt, and limitation.

Prayer

Lord, expose every excuse that has kept me small.

Break every cycle of hesitation, fear, and self-doubt.

Empower me to say yes without delay.

Make obedience my natural response to Your voice.

I step boldly into Your assignment for me this year. Amen.
