Reclaim

DAY 2 OF 6

Sent into No Man’s Land

What if God is preparing you not only to be restored, but to be sent?

One of the defining images behind Vision 2026 is trench warfare and “no man’s land.” In this picture, God’s people are sent out line by line—stepping beyond the safety of the trenches into contested ground.

No man’s land is unclaimed territory. It’s uncertain. It’s uncomfortable. It’s often avoided. Yet this is where reclaim happens.

God is equipping His church to step into spaces that feel broken, chaotic, or abandoned. These spaces may exist in culture, communities, families, or even inside your own life. Reclaim is not about comfort. It’s about courage. It requires faith, obedience, and trust in God’s strength.

Joel 2 paints a picture of restoration, then movement. God restores land, joy, and provision to re-form His people for mission. We are restored for the sake of others.

This year includes a call to reclaim areas within the church—worship, attendance, generosity, calling, influence. It also includes reclaiming foundational truths for the wider church—identity, marriage, family, purity, relationships. And it includes a personal question: What is God asking me to reclaim in my own life?

When God sends you, He does not send you alone. He equips, empowers, and goes before you.

Prayer

God, show me where You are sending me this year. Give me courage to step into challenging spaces with faith and obedience. Go before me and strengthen me. Amen.

Today’s Action

Ask God: “Where is my ‘no man’s land’ this year?” Write the first thing that comes to mind and pray over it.
