Freedom That Builds Others
Text: 1 Corinthians 8:1–13; 10:23–24
Big Idea: Christian freedom is not about what I can do but what helps others follow Christ.
Key Movements:
1. Knowledge alone can create arrogance (8:1–3)
2. Love prioritizes the spiritual health of others (8:9–13)
3. Freedom must be filtered through love (10:23–24)
Key Verse: 1 Corinthians 10:24 — “Let no one seek his own good, but the good of his neighbor.”
Application: Spiritual maturity asks: Will this help someone else walk with Jesus?
About this Plan

The church in Corinth struggled with division, immaturity, temptation, pride, and confusion. In the First Epistle to the Corinthians, Paul the Apostle repeatedly calls believers back to one central truth: everything in the Christian life flows from the cross and resurrection of Jesus.
