Advent With TearfundSample

A Prayer For Peace
Our hearts long for peace.
The Hebrew word for peace is shalom, meaning contentment, wholeness, and completeness.
In the Gospel of John, Jesus says to His followers, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.”
Let us lift up those around the world who are caught up in war and conflict. Today, pray for peace and for God to be with all those in need.
