Is it really true?

I love soccer. A friend of mine used to tell me all the time that he had tickets to a game. Most of the time, it was a joke. But, one day, he told me that he had special tickets for a finals cup. I couldn’t believe it. Was it really true? I didn’t believe him, until I saw the real tickets in his hands…..

Just hearing is not enough for us.

When Jesus started working and became known, a lot of rumors were going around about him. Who is he? Where does he live? Where was he born? Can he be the prophet that was promised hundreds of years before?

This part of Jesus’ life describes how curious people started searching. Someone told them about Jesus and they went out to look for themselves. Peter was brought to Jesus by his brother Andrew. Philip convinced Nathanael to look for Jesus. After they went to look for themselves, they were overwhelmed by their meeting with Jesus.

Maybe you don’t know Jesus yet. Listen to others who know him and allow yourself to become curious. Seek him and God promises you will find him.
