All For His Glory预览
After David, his son Solomon becomes king. He was to be the one to build the Temple for the Lord. Our passage today follows the story of the ark being brought into the Temple, like how yesterday we read about the ark being brought into the city by David.
God’s glory filled the Temple and the passage even says that the cloud in the Temple was so thick that the priests could not perform their duties.
Just as God honoured the Temple, a building set apart, by coming and filling it with glory, the same can be for us. As we set our lives apart for God’s glory, we can be filled more and more by who he is.
Let’s pray in response to this passage for an awareness of God’s glory today. Maybe set aside some time to pray and seek him, to meet with him in his glory? Let’s give ourselves as temples to house God’s glory today.

What does it mean to live 'All For His Glory'? This plan looks at how God's glory is revealed in the Bible and how people responded to it. The first week focuses on defining God's glory, the second week on what it means to be a carrier of God's glory through the Holy Spirit, and the third week looks at what it means to live a life of worship.
